I bought this chair from my husband as a Christmas gift and I must say it was one of the best gifts I ever got him. He was so happy when he saw the chair and we use it every single day. The massage chair feels like I am at a therapy session period. I no longer have to go to therapy because I have this chair that does the same and I love the heating massage perfect to relieve my back pain.

If you love deep tissue massage and a chair that customizes to your size & preferences - this is an amazing chair! From the first call, to ordering, to delivery - we had excellent help & service from Steven in Sales & the nicest delivery guys. We chose to assemble the chair ourselves- the directions were very clear - the only challenges were assembling the arm rests- it took two of us and it’s a little tricky but we got it together and it WORKED the first time we plugged it in ! Yay!!! This chair is more than we knew existed- the body scan tech and deep tissue rollers on the ergonomic track are designed really well. We have a lot to learn about the features - but it’s the best Family Christmas gift we have bought in several years. Thx again .

My wife and I purchased the MK-Classic RelaxonChair in 2019. We use it every day - sometimes multiple times a day. It has worked flawlessly and helped with our bad backs and arthritis. In July 2023, it developed a problem. I contacted Relaxon customer support and was pleasantly surprised to get competent, personal help to fix the problem by their technician "Steven". He helped me restore our chair back to perfect working order again. It was a pleasant process. I can't recommend this company and massage chair line enough. Competitors charge ridiculous prices for similar massage chairs. I'm so impressed with this company and product, I'm leaving this 5 STAR rating 4 years AFTER we purchased it!

I love my chair! It does everything well. I don’t think my body has felt this good in 20 yrs.

I've had my chair for a year now and I did just have a short in the controller. My only complaint. I use the heck out of this thing with some old back injuries. It's a serious piece of hardware and really digs in lower back and midback. If you're looking for a gentle massage where you go to sleep with a person rubbing their finger tips on you this isn't it. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage this is it. Can't tell you how many massage chairs I tried. For the money this does more for me until you get into the 5k+ crowd that you have to spend half your sanity programming. The controller could have been done better and it's a little bit of a pain but I'd go out tomorrow and get another one if I had to. Every week I had a chiropracter and a medical massage therapist working me over. I've saved enough to buy another chair and one half and it's whenever I want it. My two boys appreciate the heck out of it b/c I can throw the ball to them wo being in excrutiating pain. Anyway enough rambling. Buy this thing if you want a deep massage.

A friend of mine owns 5 and invited me for a test massage. Ordered one that day! Terrific product and great customer service that guided me through my questions. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with this massage chair. I would definitely recommend this chair. The only thing that I would do differently is make the control larger.

I’ve had the chair now for 3 months. Ordering and delivery were quick and trouble free (ordered 11/7, delivered 11/16). I paid for the lift gate service which is a must if you don’t have a fork lift. It’s not overly heavy but big and bulky on one pallet. I used a refrigerator dolly to move it around. Mine was going downstairs so I disassembled the container and me and my son carried the base of the chair to the basement with not much trouble (I’m older and not a big guy). The assembly video was very helpful. Just take your time and think it through.
I started using the automatic programs which I think was a mistake as some of them are quite intense. I started my petite wife on manual to let her get used to what it does and now she has moved on to the automatic programs (the less intense ones).
I actually did not like the chair for the first couple of weeks but after learning more about the settings and expectations (it’s a machine not a person) I use it everyday and now my wife is using it everyday although she places a blanket on the chair to soften the roller. This has created about a 10 week payback.
It is a nice chair and can recommend it but you should also shop around as I have now seen other similar chairs for slightly less cost.
Other items that might help. I’m am 5’5 and 150 lbs. My wife is 5’ and 100 lbs. It works for both of us. The massage is deep except for the neck and shoulders where I cannot get it intense enough (could be are height?). The shoulder bags can give quite a squeeze when the roller is coming up! If you think you might send it back, good luck getting it all back in the box. I agree with others that it would be great to save some of the settings (heat always on even though it is not that great). The automatic programs can do things you cannot do with manual settings.
The intense programs are Recovery, Stretch, Experience (wow!), and Athlete mode. All others are less intense but this is just my opinion. Hope this helps!

Had it for a month now. Use it twice a day now. This is my 2nd review. My first review, I said it can be too intense but now that I figured out the settings I want to give this chair 5 stars. My back pain is better now. Used to get back spasms but the chair did a great job. Neck feels a lot better. Love the foot massage.

I had some initial setup issues that the company quickly resolved. Steven from customer service was extremely helpful, informative and patient. The chair works amazing and I use it a min. of 10 min every day. My chiropractor has had one for 5 years with 0 issues which is what led me to buy it in the first place. Worth the price!

I was quite worried about ordering a massage chair that I had not sat in and also about ordering anything so bulky that weighs 234 pounds that would be nearly impossible to return! ALL worries relieved!!! This chair feels and functions great; it’s been tried out by over a dozen relatives and every single one loves it! PLUS, I had a 32” door to get through, which meant I had to remove and reinstall both sides; Steven was SUPERB in giving directions and support — and now I know quite a bit more about the components of the chair. We had to take this up two flights of stairs, and even with the foot portion and sides removed, it is still very heavy; we used body harnesses/lifting straps, which worked great! I’ll give 5 stars for quality, support, shipping, cost, and function/features!!!

The chair exceeded my expectations

I did lots researches on massaging chairs and this MK-II has trh best value. I bought one last Nov and loved it. Bought another for my parents in Feb and bought a third one for my uncle. Been 6 months and have not encounter any problems. Awesome customer service and quick turnaround.

After looking a many reviews online, weighing pros and cons I am grateful for the exceptional chair from Relaxonchair. We have one from another company bought 20+ years ago and it pales in comparison to the massage given by the Classic Relaxonchair. It finds the sore muscles and works them out. If I would have had this 2 years ago it would have saved me months of physical therapy a couple of times. I have to admit I was skeptical of the relief in zero G position. However I can clearly say that I have been so well massaged that I have fallen asleep numerous times. The only thing that would be better is if it would go to the start position instead of needing the remote. I probably would have woken up sooner, but oh well. My husband is totally in love with it as well. It has resulted in better relief and sleep for the both of us. The white glove delivery was also worth the money even though I only have 3 steps into the house. They made sure everything was set up and worked before they left too.

So far I am very happy with my Relaxochair purchase. Steven was very helpful at the showroom. The purchase was easy and it was delivered in a timely manner.
