The use of rollers along your back with a 50” track allows you to feel the rollers all the way from your head to your buttocks.

Allow yourself to relax with seven different preset programs, perfect for 30-minute massage sessions, or have full manual control of your massage experience with a user-friendly remote control. Tired muscles are bound to go away with the use of the five different techniques: kneading, tapping, dual, shiatsu, and rolling.

There are 42 air bags installed into the chair, which are used to compress the arms, shoulders, calves, and feet. The MK-Classic Massage Chair also features a zero-gravity function that reclines you to relieve stress and pressure off your body. How do I get down from my massage chair?

The MK-Classic comes with a built-in feature that leaves the massage chair in the zero-gravity recline even after the massage is over. By turning the power on with the remote control and turning it back off, you can recline the massage chair back to the upright position.

If my power goes out, how do I get out of my chair?

At this point, your best option is to try climbing out of the chair. If there is anyone to help you get out of the chair, we would advise getting some assistance.

As a last resort, waiting for the power to come back on is an option if unable to get out of the chair.

Why won’t my massage chair power on?

It can be due to a variety of factors. Check to make sure there is power available at the outlet. Then check if the power switch is on. Then check the remote to make sure it powers on.

How long should I massage for?

We recommend 30 minutes to 1 hour max each day. The amount of time is at your discretion, but too much of a good thing can be bad so we ask that you exercise caution.

How do I clean my massage chair?

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the massage chair after use. This will help preserve the massage chair, so that the massage chair will last for a long time.

Why do the foot rollers hurt?

Many of our elderly folk like having intense foot massages, so all our chairs take special care with the feet. However, to circumvent this issue, placing a towel and wearing socks are a way to lessen the intensity of the foot rollers. If this is still the case, the massage chairs come with a function to turn off the rollers.

What is Zero-Gravity?

Zero-Gravity is a term used for the position in which the chair reclines to. This is used for helping reduce pressure along the spine and back, and promotes blood circulation, an integral part of healing and functioning.

What makes the 3D/4D mechanism better?

The 3D/4D design allows the massage mechanism the ability to mimic more deeper and humanlike massages. Instead of just gliding along the back, the rollers will protrude outwards, pushing the rollers in for deeper massages. This allows for more effective massages, leaving you more relaxed.

How do I extend my footrest?

The footrest extension depends on the massage chair. It will either be automatic, or spring-loaded. The automatic footrest extension automatically determines your leg length.

not happy

bought MK-classic relaxon chair, Aug. 13th 2024. was in the chair and the dog jumped up on the raised foot rest. the leg extender broke and dropped to the floor. OK my fault no warranty the problem is there is limited parts available! they are saying you have to replace the whole foot rest which they had one of at $425 + shipping. and the closes chair tech. is in St. louis. 160 miles away, and they said they are expensive. So to fix it my self say $500. only need the foot extender track and guides. i don't know how the Techs get parts for repair with the amount of parts that's offered up. i have had 3- of these chairs and had to replace control pad on the 1st. and the power supply on the 2nd on which they had these parts. But looking for the hardware parts a little tricky. don't have anything push down- ward on the foot extender when in up position. the screws pull through the plastic track guides and the extender falls to the floor. Not a good place to be. didn't have anything but good about these chairs until this. a one star for parts.

Best massage chair & price on the market!

My wife and I purchased the MK-Classic RelaxonChair in 2019. We use it every day - sometimes multiple times a day. It has worked flawlessly and helped with our bad backs and arthritis. In July 2023, it developed a problem. I contacted Relaxon customer support and was pleasantly surprised to get competent, personal help to fix the problem by their technician "Steven". He helped me restore our chair back to perfect working order again. It was a pleasant process. I can't recommend this company and massage chair line enough. Competitors charge ridiculous prices for similar massage chairs. I'm so impressed with this company and product, I'm leaving this 5 STAR rating 4 years AFTER we purchased it!

The Classic is worth the price.

Although most everything is great on the Classic, I wish the bottom of the feet rollers would work all the time. It rarely comes on. And when it does, only for a few seconds. Other than that, great machine!

The foot rollers is designed to rotate and pause and repeat this cycle throughout the whole massage session. It is designed this way to maximize the effectiveness of foot/sole massages without causing any damages to your feet.
If the foot roller rotates constantly without any pause, it causes continuous strains to your feet and would not be beneficial to the user.
