You can enjoy a professional full body massage everyday in the comfort of your home with the RELAXONCHAIR MK-II PLUS Massage Chair. The massage chair comes with four preset programs, which utilize all the various features that the chair offers in order to give you the perfect massage for your tired body. It uses body scanning technology, to help the rollers identify key points on your back for muscle relief.

Zero-gravity functionality allows for you to be relaxed in a comfortable position. The rollers themselves utilize five techniques: kneading, tapping, kneading & tapping, shiatsu, and rolling; this can also be manually controlled to match your preferences in speed, intensity, and style. The built-in heating therapy heats your lower back, promoting better blood circulation. In conjunction with heating, the airbags on the massage chair compress your arms, shoulders, hips, calves, and feet to further allow for better blood circulation.

All of this is easily controlled through a user-friendly remote control. The chair is made of synthetic leather which is built to last for a long time with regular use. Why won’t my massage chair power on?

It can be due to a variety of factors. Check to make sure there is power available at the outlet. Then check if the power switch is on. Then check the remote to make sure it powers on.

How long should I massage for?

We recommend 30 minutes to 1 hour max each day. The amount of time is at your discretion, but too much of a good thing can be bad so we ask that you exercise caution.

How do I clean my massage chair?

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the massage chair after use. This will help preserve the massage chair, so that the massage chair will last for a long time.

Why do the foot rollers hurt?

Many of our elderly folk like having intense foot massages, so all our chairs take special care with the feet. However, to circumvent this issue, placing a towel and wearing socks are a way to lessen the intensity of the foot rollers. If this is still the case, the massage chairs come with a function to turn off the rollers.

What is Zero-Gravity?

Zero-Gravity is a term used for the position in which the chair reclines to. This is used for helping reduce pressure along the spine and back, and promotes blood circulation, an integral part of healing and functioning.

What makes the 3D/4D mechanism better?

The 3D/4D design allows the massage mechanism the ability to mimic more deeper and humanlike massages. Instead of just gliding along the back, the rollers will protrude outwards, pushing the rollers in for deeper massages. This allows for more effective massages, leaving you more relaxed.

How do I extend my footrest?

The footrest extension depends on the massage chair. It will either be automatic, or spring-loaded. The automatic footrest extension automatically determines your leg length.

Doesn’t fit my shoulders with the airbags. Feels like it’s going to displace my shoulder.

If you have a broad shoulder, it can be a tight fit. However, please give sometime to get used to the massage chair. You will be used to the pressure and its massage soon.
