Shipping and Handling

Free standard shipping for all U.S. continental. Orders are delivered by freight and will arrive within 5-7 business days. This delivery option means your massage chair will arrive at your curbside only and will require a signature upon arrival.

Customer will be contacted upon purchase by shipping agent to arrange a delivery appointment. Please allow a 2-4 hour window of delivery.

*Orders deliverable to Hawaii and Alaska include a standard shipping fee

 White Glove Delivery is a delivery service that consists of a team that will transport the item inside to a room of your choice, unpack the item, set up the item and remove any debris afterwards allowing your immediate enjoyment at an extra charge. 

 “Before you order White Glove Service, please make sure your pathway to a room of your choice has enough width clearance requirements. Some of our products are pre-assembled already and the delivery agent will not disassemble the chair in order to place the chair to your desired room.” 

This delivery option will require a signature upon arrival.

The shipment will leave our CA warehouse to a local nationwide trucking company. Once the shipment reaches the local warehouse of the trucking company, the delivery agent will give you a call to set up a delivery schedule and appointment. You may set the time and date for final delivery.
