Fall into bliss with the comfort of the RELAXONCHAIR MK-V PLUS Massage Chair. The chair levels out with a feature called zero-gravity, and saves space in the back by sliding the chair forward while the chair reclines. This space-saving feature makes the chair require only 3.5” from the wall in order to accommodate for the recline of the chair.

The chair is perfect for massaging the feet; the rollers of the massage chair really dig into the soles of the feet. Featuring a back massage fit with a large back cushion, the MK-V Plus will snugly fit most people, and will work on the back using one of the five techniques: kneading, tapping, a combination of kneading and tapping, shiatsu, and rolling. The massage chair also has 38 air bags, designed to squeeze the arms, calves, feet and waist in order to promote blood circulation. The chair is made up of synthetic leather with a great structural framework so this chair is built to last a long time.

The MK-V PLUS Massage Chair has 30-minute preset programs designed so you can enjoy your relaxation; however it isn’t limited to just one, there are a total of nine preset programs. The back also features a heating function which loosens up tight muscles, making the rollers work more effectively. The chair has been improved from the previous model version through the addition of independent leg movements, smoother/quieter operation, and extra padding. This chair also has an user-friendly remote control with two preset languages (English and Korean). There is some minor assembly required in which you will have to attach the foot massager to the main body of the chair. It comes in two colors: Black and Gray. Why won’t my massage chair power on?

It can be due to a variety of factors. Check to make sure there is power available at the outlet. Then check if the power switch is on. Then check the remote to make sure it powers on.

How long should I massage for?

We recommend 30 minutes to 1 hour max each day. The amount of time is at your discretion, but too much of a good thing can be bad so we ask that you exercise caution.

How do I clean my massage chair?

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the massage chair after use. This will help preserve the massage chair, so that the massage chair will last for a long time.

Why do the foot rollers hurt?

Many of our elderly folk like having intense foot massages, so all our chairs take special care with the feet. However, to circumvent this issue, placing a towel and wearing socks are a way to lessen the intensity of the foot rollers. If this is still the case, the massage chairs come with a function to turn off the rollers.

What is Zero-Gravity?

Zero-Gravity is a term used for the position in which the chair reclines to. This is used for helping reduce pressure along the spine and back, and promotes blood circulation, an integral part of healing and functioning.

What makes the 3D/4D mechanism better?

The 3D/4D design allows the massage mechanism the ability to mimic more deeper and humanlike massages. Instead of just gliding along the back, the rollers will protrude outwards, pushing the rollers in for deeper massages. This allows for more effective massages, leaving you more relaxed.

How do I extend my footrest?

The footrest extension depends on the massage chair. It will either be automatic, or spring-loaded. The automatic footrest extension automatically determines your leg length.

One Magical Full Body Massage Chair

I bought this chair from my husband as a Christmas gift and I must say it was one of the best gifts I ever got him. He was so happy when he saw the chair and we use it every single day. The massage chair feels like I am at a therapy session period. I no longer have to go to therapy because I have this chair that does the same and I love the heating massage perfect to relieve my back pain.

Nice but…

The chair is decent, but the older model is better somehow. Wish I hadn’t purchased the more expensive one. In this case newer and more expensive is NOT better. Go with the MK-II plus instead.

I have peripheral neuropathy and the airbags on this one are better for that for sure. The heating part is nice. Feet rollers are fairly aggressive but you get used to them over time mostly… there is a weird part that pinches the Achilles’ tendon which is a little harsh (part of the air bag system in the feet section as it does not turn off with the rollers). The zero gravity is nice that it takes up less space when engaged than the older model which just leans back.

The most disappointing part of the chair is the minimal stretch in the yoga and stretch modes. The old chair beats this hands down and that is/was my favorite feature which is why this chair gets only 3 stars.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the MK-V Plus over the MK-II Plus.

The pinch of the Achilles' tendon is due to a small airbag placed over the larger foot airbag, so it gives the tendon a tight squeeze. That is why it is part of the airbag system in the massage chair, and not the foot roller system.

Our stretch and yoga modes were designed to produce a more comfortable and softer experience compared to our previous models. This was due to customer feedback voicing concerns over high intensity massages and overbearing stretches. With our age demographic focused on older people, we decided that it would be best to lower the intensity of such massages, so that more people are able to enjoy them.

However, we thank you for supporting our product, and for voicing your concerns. We're sorry that this couldn't meet your expectations, and we'll keep this in mind when designing massage chairs.

MK-V Plus Full Body Massage Chair

My wife and I had another brand massage chair some 10 years ago - this one blows it away. I use this before going to bed a number of times during the week, and I then fall asleep almost immediately when my head hits the pillow. I have no regrets purchasing this Relaxon massage chair at all. I had no trouble installing the foot portion - instructions were easy to follow. I read that some found the foot massager uncomfortable, but I find it great by just moving my feet up or down as needed. I recommend this product.
