Order Processing, Cancellation & Refusal of Delivery

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Once you place an order, order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. We will process the order and ship the item within 1-2 days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock and we expect to receive the item in near future, you can place an order and we will ship as soon as we receive the item.
  • Shipping of massage chair involves several LTL freight companies. Because the item is bulky and heavy, USPS, UPS or FEDEX will not be used to ship the massage chairs. Instead, LTL freight companies will be utilized. First LTL freight company pick up the chair from our warehouse and transfer the chair to a 2nd company who handles interstate transport from California to the closest terminal of your area. Finally a 3rd LTL freight company will pick up the item from 2nd freight company and actually deliver the chair to your house.
  • The 3rd & final delivery company will call you once they have the chair in their warehouse to set up delivery appointment if the delivery address is a residential address. If the delivery address is a commercial address, the delivery company will deliver as soon as they can between Monday to Friday in normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. There will not be any deliveries on weekends as LTL freight companies do not work on weekends.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel the order at any time before the item is delivered. After item is delivered, you cannot cancel the order. Instead of cancellation of the order, you will need to submit a return request by email. Please refer our Return Policy for details.

Refusal of Delivery

  • You may refuse the delivery if the item is either damaged during transit or a wrong item was sent to you. In this case, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement item or cancel the order and issue the refund.
  • If you refuse the delivery for any other reason other than our fault such as change of mind, the item is too big to fit through the door, etc., we will process the order as a return and you will need to pay for return shipping costs and restocking fees.
