ALL of our reconditioned massage chairs have been extensively inspected and tested by our team before they are certified for resale. 

Here are some of the step-by-step procedures performed by our inspection team before product is available for sale:

• Test basic functions to ensure they are working properly (each Auto and Manual massage modes, back rollers, recline/incline of back and foot rests, back heat, air massage, foot massager, etc).
• Locate any major cosmetic damage on chair upholstery and replace necessary parts. (* The following scale is for cosmetic conditions only).

  N   =      Brand new / Never used

  • In original manufacturer's packaging and carton box. Item is brand new and never been used and does not show any cosmetic wear.

  OB   =    Open Box with limited manufacturer warranty

  • Item has been removed from box and may have been previously used.

  D     =   Never owned

  • Item may have been used for demonstration purposes only and may not be in original packaging/carton box.

  CR+  =   Certified with minor cosmetic wear

  • Item has been previously used but has been rigorously tested and certified for use. May show signs of minor cosmetic wear (light scratches, blemishes, etc) and may not be in original packaging/carton box.

  CR   =    Certified with normal cosmetic wear

  • Item has been previously used but has been rigorously tested and certified for use. May show signs of normal cosmetic wear and blemishes and may not be in original packaging/carton box.

  CR-  =   Certified with more than normal cosmetic wear

  • Item has been previously used but has been rigorously tested and certified for use. May show signs of heavy cosmetic wear and may not be in original packaging/carton box.
• Every internal component of the chair is individually inspected and tested (actuator motors, each air bag, foot rollers, back rollers, etc)
• Ensure proper function of the remote control and each of its keys.
• Replace cloth cover of footrest portion with new.
• Inspect and test functionality of all electrical components (fuses, cables, wires, sockets, etc).
• Clean and remove any debris, minor stains, dirt, etc.
• After final inspection, chair is repackaged with original contents in a secure, previously used carton and wrapped in protection before being shipped.
