Not easy to replace

It does say you have to remove the pads from the old one and put into the new one but this was just a small part of what’s needed. There are also wires and tubing that need to be transferred as well. Plus we had to punch holes into the leather for the plastic holder for the wires. And the padding was glued to the old one so we had to rip it out and get glue for the new one. Not the best experience after waiting MONTHS for them to be off of back order.

Thank you for your feedback. Every feedback we receive is very important whether it is postive or negative. Based on our feedback from customers who need replacement covers, almost all of them needs the part because of outer tear and wear of cover only.

While it would be much easier for us to sell the replacement seating cushions as a complete part with padding and wires, it would mean that we would need to sell the part at much higher price than before due to significant rise in costs. Hence we have decided to offer the cover only version to our customers and we now offer the replacement cover at lower price than before.

Removing padding from the original cover and placing onto a new one can be bothersome but not a difficult task and this would reduce the cost of part greatly. Also, by recycling the padding, it would be friendly for environment we live in.
