Does not operate my chair

Terrible

This remote is absolutely terrible. I’m used to the MK-2+ remote with designated buttons for everything you might need. Want heat? Press the heat button. Want to focus on just the lower back. Press that button. With this remote you have to hunt through a menu system to find anything. Applying heat now takes eight button presses! And no more being able to select to work on certain zones either. The “partial” setting under Manual is effectively useless, you can’t tell what part of the back it is going to focus on whenever you select it. Seems random. Frustrating to say the least. Really makes for a poor experience in what is otherwise a great massage chair.
