Fall into bliss with the comfort of the RELAXONCHAIR MK-V PLUS Massage Chair. The chair levels out with a feature called zero-gravity, and saves space in the back by sliding the chair forward while the chair reclines. This space-saving feature makes the chair require only 3.5” from the wall in order to accommodate for the recline of the chair.

The chair is perfect for massaging the feet; the rollers of the massage chair really dig into the soles of the feet. Featuring a back massage fit with a large back cushion, the MK-V Plus will snugly fit most people, and will work on the back using one of the five techniques: kneading, tapping, a combination of kneading and tapping, shiatsu, and rolling. The massage chair also has 38 air bags, designed to squeeze the arms, calves, feet and waist in order to promote blood circulation. The chair is made up of synthetic leather with a great structural framework so this chair is built to last a long time.

The MK-V PLUS Massage Chair has 30-minute preset programs designed so you can enjoy your relaxation; however it isn’t limited to just one, there are a total of nine preset programs. The back also features a heating function which loosens up tight muscles, making the rollers work more effectively. The chair has been improved from the previous model version through the addition of independent leg movements, smoother/quieter operation, and extra padding. This chair also has an user-friendly remote control with two preset languages (English and Korean). There is some minor assembly required in which you will have to attach the foot massager to the main body of the chair. It comes in two colors: Black and Gray. Test basic functions to ensure they are working properly (each Auto and Manual massage modes, back rollers, recline/incline of back and foot rests, back heat, air massage, foot massager, etc).
Locate any major cosmetic damage on chair upholstery and replace necessary parts. (* The following scale is for cosmetic conditions only).
N = Brand new / Never used
- In original manufacturer's packaging and carton box. Item is brand new and never been used and does not show any cosmetic wear.
OB = Open Box with limited manufacturer warranty
- Item has been removed from box and may have been previously used.
D = Never owned
- Item may have been used for demonstration purposes only and may not be in original packaging/carton box.

Every internal component of the chair is individually inspected and tested (actuator motors, each air bag, foot rollers, back rollers, etc)

Clean and remove any debris, minor stains, dirt, etc.
After final inspection, chair is repackaged with original contents in a secure, previously used carton and wrapped in protection before being shipped.

Why won’t my massage chair power on?

It can be due to a variety of factors. Check to make sure there is power available at the outlet. Then check if the power switch is on. Then check the remote to make sure it powers on.

Why do the foot rollers hurt?

Many of our elderly folk like having intense foot massages, so all our chairs take special care with the feet. However, to circumvent this issue, placing a towel and wearing socks are a way to lessen the intensity of the foot rollers. If this is still the case, the massage chairs come with a function to turn off the rollers.

What is Zero-Gravity?

Zero-Gravity is a term used for the position in which the chair reclines to. This is used for helping reduce pressure along the spine and back, and promotes blood circulation, an integral part of healing and functioning.

What makes the 3D/4D mechanism better?

The 3D/4D design allows the massage mechanism the ability to mimic more deeper and humanlike massages. Instead of just gliding along the back, the rollers will protrude outwards, pushing the rollers in for deeper massages. This allows for more effective massages, leaving you more relaxed.
