Massage Chairs and Arm Massages
Nearly every massage chair has arm airbags nowadays. Most airbags for the arms just compress the arm from both above and below to provide a massage. This allows for the arms to circulate blood to the hand and back to the heart, bringing nutrients to the cells and removing waste products. Some massage chairs will compress the arms in a wave-like manner in order to stimulate blood circulation. In addition to this, some chairs will also have additional parts such as plastic bumps to apply more pressure to the arms, which only helps to improve recovery of the arm, and relieve pain. Most massage chairs are limited to these features, so some folks don’t particularly care for them. However, it can provide a soothing massage experience of the extremities.
