We're so confident of our product that if you are not satisfied with our product, within 30 days, we offer a full refund, no questions asked, and/or no re-stocking fees or return fees when certain conditions are met. However, the customer must provide return shipping. Since our product is a large and bulky item, return shipping is only provided by freight companies. Please secure your return item using the original packaging material when you received the item. It is necessary to receive the return item in undamaged condition. Please include the owner's manual, remote, power cord(s), and complete chair.

Either you can hire a freight company of your choice to arrange shipping, or we can arrange shipping, utilizing our network of freight companies. If you need our assistance, please contact us so we can arrange shipping. Please note that the return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.
