Why won’t my massage chair power on?

Love the chair

Had it for a month now. Use it twice a day now. This is my 2nd review. My first review, I said it can be too intense but now that I figured out the settings I want to give this chair 5 stars. My back pain is better now. Used to get back spasms but the chair did a great job. Neck feels a lot better. Love the foot massage.

Great Chair

Love the chair, but wish the back rollers had a low level more less intense mode. On the mild settings it still feels like a very heavy deep tissue massage. I’m on day 2 and just want a less intense massage. The first 2 days were great but my back can’t handle the back rollers every day. Love the foot massage and rollers on the soles of feet especially with plantar fasciitis. The neck and shoulders feel like a real massage. It’s just the back rollers are too intense.
